Most suppliers are happy to take a part number and ship you a replacement heating element or a new radiant tube. That’s the easy way. But here’s the thing: in continuous glass annealing, the hardware is only half the battle. If your glass is coming out with internal stress—or if your energy bills are suddenly through the roof—just swapping out a burnt-out heater is like putting a band-aid on a broken leg. It rarely fixes why the part failed in the first place.
It’s About the Heat, Not Just the Heater
